| Handling Email in Joomla - but with links

I've got a client that posts his email on his website.
It's a joomla website.
He wants to deal with his email by cutting and pasting letters, responses and post them on the site quickly with links.

Hey adcetera,
I'm not sure I'm following. You mean he wants to paste in links and have them rendered as live links?
So right now he's cutting and pasting, but he wants something faster, like posting by XMLRPC straight from email?
Perhaps we can break the question down:
1. What process does he use now?
2. What are the shortcomings of this process?
3. What would the ideal process be?
