I have been asked for some support with an online ecommerce store however I noticed the store was using this wcsstore just like many large organisations etc. can anyone shed some light what it is please so I can swat up on it.

Pretty sure this is going to be IBM Websphere Commerce
Sorry to say that I have never done anything with Websphere or Java Server Pages so it's total terra incognita to me.
