I shall recommend you wordpress which is very easy to deploy and a lot of supprting material available on internet.

WEll CMS is also easy to use but i prefer FTP

The OP wants a FAQ and Project Manager module. Drupal and Wordpress both have project manager modules. FTP is not an either or - every CMS is going to require FTP to install. If you're FTPing a CMS over and it has a Project Manager module, then okay. But you're not going to get that functionality with static pages and FTP.

I've tried to search for a project manager module for both Drupal and Wordpress and I'm unable to locate them.

What did you search on? I just searched on - Drupal project management module - Wordpress project management plugin I found these [drupal.org...] [drupal.org...] [wordpress.org...] [wordpress.org...] [wordpress.org...] [wordpress.org...] [wordpress.org...] And others.
