check the plugin list at wordpress, there are plenty of options there, even sorted with rating, good luck

I just use the built-in abilities of WP and then add in a Lightbox2 plugin.

Hello ergophobe,
I have spend lot of money with 2 development companies on design of this personal site (my little baby boy)
The only thing, which does not works is a good photo/video gallery plugin module.
I have spend many weeks now.
