Hello,
What is a good recommendation for a simple Membership Site template?
I have a friend who is just starting out in web developing. She has less than 1 year experience and is using Frontpage. She wants to have a Membership Site where users must register with email/password to access her site. No transactions will be conducted on her site, only membership validation is required for the site.
I think a CMS would be an overkill for her, but she would need to manage user emails and passwords.
Where should she start?

Any of the better known CMS' will serve her needs well. She may be best off with WordPress as it has a large user base with plenty of forums to help her get through the set-up.

Thanks, I was thinking Joomla or WildApricot, but Wordpress could be better for her with its large user base and help forums.
