Best CMS for this Project?

Hi everyone,

The site will consist of an original overview and review of each widget. There will be hundreds of different widgets all based on the same theme. Visitors can also review the widget and rate the widget. The widgets will be linked to via an affiliate link for if the user wants to purchase the widget.

A small message board will be added.

Visitors will have to register to review/rate widgets or post on the board.

I'm thinking Drupal or Wordpress.

My experience: minimal with both but I have used CMSs in the past. Very small basic ones, which don't do enough for the above project.

Advice? Thanks!

The one that works best for interactive AND is less prone to hack attacks. As described I can think of several FORUM platforms which will accomplish the same with, most part, better security. Do the research, know your users, make that determination. A static site will do all well, if not for the interactive review part (and even then that can be made to work). That said, Drupal would be my first choice.
