This may not be strictly about content management - I tried to find the best section for this topic.

I have a client wanting to setup an online recruiting website.

On a first glance, I found some more or less shrink wrapped solutions such as OSI recruiter, webjobs, recruitpro. Of those, webjobs looked a little better because of Search engine friendly urls and syndication built in.

Does anyone have experience with any of them?

I do not know if they will give you enough control to add content and optimize it. For that, I may recommend the company setup a separate blog. What does everyone think?

Out of the three sites that you have mentioned I only found OSI recruiter worth spending some time (I would suggest just give it a quick try)..I would also recommend setting up a separate blog, it will take care of most of the concerns without hindering here and there..
