Is there a CMS for job posting/application submission?

Looking for a CMS that I can customize for people to submit their resumes, and have others search the resumes submitted. Would like for it to be open source, and I'm ok with having to edit php files or mysql if need be to customize. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Even if its a something as simple as a module installed on to Drupal or Joomla.
Thanks in advance.

You want them to fill out resume forms, or do you want them to upload document files? That's going to make a big difference for the searching end of the system.

Heeh, the ideal site would be able to do both and parse the uploaded document into fields in the form, but eh, thats wishful thinking for opensource (free).
I found a few that im looking at, 2 of them rely on php and mysql, the third rely's on flash and javascript (a little beyond my understanding since i have none)
As for the other 2, just trying to get the index.php to connect to my sqldb without errors. Cant remember the name of them. I did manage to find a whole slew of CMS, ranging from 39.95 to 2000, so I will talk with my client and see what he is committed to.

I guess if you used something like the Google Co-op search you could index files like Word documents and PDF files. I don't think many of the other free search add-ons could handle the variety that Google can...at least not the free ones.

On the CMS side you could go with one of the more popular ones like Drupal or Joomla and work with their upload modules.

ill check with droopal and joomla to see if any of them have a job application submission/review module to load in, that would be helpful.
