CMS and Multi-level Subscription Systems

Looking for help with my new website idea.

(Outline)
Multi-subscription level system, need to locate CMS type system that can handle user uploaded text and photos.

It is a Real Estate type subscription site, with users sending through forms, their properties they want listed. The webmaster needs to proofread the incoming forms for foul language or obvious fraud and then quickly intergrate the form into a long Excel type form on the member pages, sorted by membership level.

I have gone through the Membergate interview and if they can handle two more items I would use them in a HOT SECOND. We are still discussing the two programming issues.. I need a <link clicks> button next to links. (use the data from the <Reports> and the ability to easily post the photos and user data AFTER checking.

Does anyone have any advice.?
I do not want to be a programmer, although I have several years of use of Dreamweaver. I just want an out of the box system either software or webbased.

I am integrating Aweber.com for my autoresponder and email system.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Newb Webwriter.

There are several CMS packages that could be customized to do something like that. You would need to do a bit of customization to get the data input the way you wanted it, but it sounds straightforward enough. Take a look at Drupal and Joomla to see if either of them would be easy enough for you to work with.

You may want to look into postnuke as well. It has a good granular permissions system and you can get a subscription module. There is also a module called pagesetter that you define the fields including file upload and the output templates. It has several built in work flows to allow for approval of submissions and if you need work flow a bit more complex it is set up for you to define your own. Depending on what the link is you need to be counted that may need to be customized.

I believe you might be able to do what you need with the Community Builder and real estate components in Joomla.

Joomla real estate components? Do you mean Hot Property?

As much as I appreciate the developers early entry into the market -- that component seems to be fairly outdated and has not been upgraded for a while.

I've not looked at this software in a while but GeoDesic solutions used to have a fairly well tiered membership options.
