My client needs a simple site that allows them type up an email newsletter in some sort of template and send it off, and keep an archive of old newsletters available on the web. I first was trying to use Constant Contact for newsletters but they have no way of accessing old newsletters.
I then explored newsletter plugins for CMS/blog engines but I haven't found anything that I can try without purchasing it first.
So I'm just throwing the question out in case any of you have done something like this.
