Thanks guys, I hope you will all continue to chip in here. This is something every webmaster runs into to some degree and input from all success and frustrating failures can teach us all some good lessons.

Another in the long list of "New moderator? Well, ###. I thought he'd been a moderator for years already!"

Thanks, I really appreciate the moderators work.

I appreciate even more mow - I subscribed to email notifications of new discussions and realised that the reason I had never seen blatant spam on WW is because it gets deleted so fast.

There's a secret quota ;) A certain proportion of moderators have to come from each time zone, worldwide, so no matter when a spammer strikes, someone is there to wield the scissors.

Hi Future, that seems reasonable -
I'm a retired lady, me and my guy enjoy photography and have several sites of our own. I manage our sites and some work for other clients. I used to have an online business selling a niche widget that I designed and manufactured, converted the site to How-To when I retired.

My experiences in this area of Content, Writing and Copyright include the work I've done creating my own sites and defending our own creative content.

I agreed to help out because I strongly admire the WWF Community and its mission to promote and share knowledge and learning. I'm a member like you who wants to be more involved here.
