|How to do quality control on a content creation team|
I manage a group of several copywriters and need to evaluate their content.

I want to know if someone can give a direction about a problem we got at work. I manage a team of 6 in-house copywriters, so they are constantly writing lots of content on a daily basis. Is there any tool or plugin for wordpress or standalone which I can use to evaluate if their content is not duplicate but comparing each others work.
I use Copyscape to evaluate their content, so I know is not copy and paste from other sources, but sometimes a copywriter can re-use his own material but that eventually will be dup content, cause we have a 2 months period from the content creation to upload the content.
Is this familiar to anyone of you? If you manage a team of copywirtres, I would love to hear your experiences about how to manage them, so far I find very difficult to keep them motivated.

Sounds more like a quality control issue. If these are general topic writers (articles), they can get burned out if they are doing the same thing day in and day out. If they are product description writers (for ecommerce), they may not be able to do better than the manufacturer descriptions. You need a 7th in your writing team: AN EDITOR, one who assigns the work, takes the work upon completion and READS it. No plug in or piece of software can give you proper evaluations of the work.
That said, if anyone knows of software that can accomplish what the OP asks, please advise. (No spinners, no copyscrape checkers... TEXT EVALUATION).

I would not depend upon Copyscape, it is far from comprehensive. I don't have any stats to share, but we found people ripping off our content that escaped their review.
