msg:4221215 | 8:28 am on Oct 24, 2010 (gmt 0) | I would like to know if i have brand name in new domain, what can they do. I do not believe any brand, as big as it will be, can buy all domains related to his name. So if i promote online games and i buy domains with games free name inside is it ok ?

Generally you should think about whether your domain implies (at all) any affiliation between your site and the trademark owner. Generally the answer will be yes, unless you're a site like "brand-sucks.com". worldofwarcraft-shop.com on the other hand is likely to p* off Blizzard and initiate unpleasant legal correspondence.
