The makes and models available by each dealer?
The percent of each make and model on the roads?
You might have to be more specific.

Car data like that data offered by CarFax costs money. No way would you get a free feed of that kind of data. Definitely do as Demaestro suggested and provide better information about what you actually want.

You may want to check with AHN... They have a bit of everything.
Other sources would be mochilla.
