What is the standard for syndicating third party content into your page? Example: Im copied some content from somewhere & added into my blog page. For that I have to mention that "the content is taken from source". In this way.. if someone copy my content & add into their page. how can i know this? & what is the best approach to tackle this issue..

You can't just take content without permission or license.
The standard is:
1: Get Permission / Pay For License
2: Use the content within the limits of the permission/license you were granted
