It has come to my notice that a website is exact copying all of our sites located on a single IP into their single website.

So I'm willing to send DCMA to its host, which is located in US.

I have never sent a DCMA before. Can anyone help me about it?

If they're listed in google ( the site, not host ):

[google.com...]

This should help too:

[copyright.gov...]

I'm not from USA. But the offending website is hosted in USA.
My website is also hosted in US, Can I still send DMCA complaint?
