For example if I owned TheWebmasterWorld.com and it looked completely different from WebmasterWorld.com; could WebmasteWorld.com claim that I have used their brand and that I should forward this domain to their website? (attn Admin:I am only using this domain as an example, please feel free to make any changes )

I think better you should look for another domain name especially if that domain name is a branded domain name registered by a company.
