Is the max online timeframe adjustable? Is it based on peak users in any one minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes etc. Look in the board config page.

sorry I don`t understand .before upgrading I had 33k visitor per day and my last record online was 800. now my ip daily visitors is 22 k and is growing . do you think can I reach the 150 k daily visitors that the site has now ?

That seems to be a totally different question now.
If you are asking "Can I reach 150K daily users" where previously you only had 22K then that is an SEO / increase traffic question.

If you are asking "Why is my most ever users only 8449, but I know that I get 160K unqiue IPs visiting a day" then this is a board setting issue.
The 8449 figure is the peak at anyone timeframe. This timeframe could be something like within the last 15 minutes. So even though you get 150K uniques in a 24hr period the most of them were online (at the same time) during a 15 minute window.
I don't know vbulletin but presumably there is a control panel setting where you can adjust the timeframe used to record the peak visitors. If you set it too long then this increases server load. Set it too low and you will get smaller spike figures.

my question is not about seo .I mean when two websites has
similar Most Users Ever Online statistic why one has 150k ip visitors per day the other has 22 k.
I think my vb has been set to show Most Users Ever Online statistic for 5 hours ago .and bc of the timeframe you mentioned there are difference in ip visitors daily between the two websites .I am looking that if vb has an option for setting timeframe.

...maybe the other site blocks most bots? 90% of users on my forum used to be bots... and and 90% of them were useless or spammers...

As Frank_Rizzo said I found out in coccy setting there is an option for session timeframe and it was 18000 s. I made it 900
for 15 minutes and instead of 8443 it is now 440 and compatible with my ip visitors daily.
