| wordpress with vbulleting

We currently have a wordpress blog on our subdomain. I want to install a vbulletin forum, should i put it on its own subdomain or host it like oursubdomain.ourdomain.com/forum Which one would be better for google. Also would vbulletin conflict hosting-wise with the wordpress files.

google probably won't care either way.

I routinely serve both site/blog/forum from the domain itself with no problems (each are separate functions).
