Facebook Log In With Username [blog.facebook.com] | Beginning today, you also will be able to log in to your Facebook account with your username from any Web browser, mobile phone or Facebook Connect-enabled website. For example, I can enter my username, "Bikash," in place of my email address when I log in to Facebook.

My password program or browser just remembers and enters these anyway. Half the time I have no idea what my log-on is to these sites. Is there a real benefit to this?

Can I recommend Keepass for keeping all your passwords? Store them by category, add your own categories. Backup the data file to all of your memory sticks.
