Facebook Gets Criticism For Latest Changes [news.bbc.co.uk]
More than 900,000 people have voted against changes to the social networking site Facebook.

The new look site puts more focus on status updates and has been likened to one of its rivals Twitter.

Users have voted overwhelmingly against the new format in the site's online poll with 94% dislking the changes.

It seems most people dislike any changes they make. Personally I don't like the new status update thing either. I'm not sure they're really listening to users anymmore...

I bet that is the same 900,000 that complained when they changed it the time before this.

Funny because now they are calling for it to change back to the original one they complained about.

What I find interesting is they are trying to mimic a site that gets less than one percent the traffic and visitors that they get. They should be making their own path. Obviously the old format worked great as their growth was incredible. Why change? Probably got caught up in all the Twitted hype in the press. I have yet to talk with anyone who likes the new format. If we want Twitted, we will use Twitted.
