is IP-based cloaking still working with google? Does anyone have recent cloaking experience with the good cloaking programs (those that cost over 1000 USD)?

Fantastic results. I built my own. Didn't buy any COTS - Commercial Off the Shel Software. Cost me $225 to build it.
