Hello, if we wonder to buy links or full domain name, site is there any way to check if somebody does not want to swindle us. I heard that pagerank can be mirrowed or cloaked. Could you tell me the way to check the value of their links and pagerank (not like toolbar only but to check if they do not 301 or cloaking). Thank you very much in advance for help! :))

You can check for redirects by using the LiveHTTPHeaders extension [livehttpheaders.mozdev.org] for Firefox. You can check for cloaking by looking for a cache of the page in a search engine. If a cache exists, look at it to see if it is the same as the page you see when you visit the URL. Unfortunately, Pagerank and link valuations aren't my area of expertise ;)
