guy's I run a blog called as http://www.example.com when I use SITE OPERATOR like this "site:www.example.com"(without quotes). Google shows this Message at the end of 7th page i.e "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 67 already displayed.".....please tell me how to fix this Or either tell me how to permanently stop this message Or also tell me does this error message hurt my SEO campaign.

Fix what? The "very similar" notation may or may not reflect a Duplicate Content problem. Why, right here on WebmasterWorld each thread page may be indexed up to 60 separate times (30 posts/page, plus "printer-friendly" version of each). Doesn't seem to worry anyone ;)
If some specific post is indexed more than once, you need to get the details. Depending on the situation, you will then need to do stuff in the Parameters area of webmaster tools, and/or slap on some "canonical" labels, and/or physically redirect some requests.
