Migrating Wordpress multisite to another server

I have a bunch of blogs in Wordpress multisite installation using subdomains like:

blog1.mysite.com
blog2.mysite.com
blog3.mysite.com
etc.

I'm switching the hosting provider. The old server is Debian Lenny which has /var/www as document root, while the new server is CentOS 5.5 which uses /var/www/html. Furthermore, since there are other sites on the new server, I'd like to install Wordpress MU in /var/www/html/mysite directory. I'm concerned that this might be an issue, esp. if Wordpress keeps the absolute file path somewhere.

Would it be enough to simply back up WP database and restore on the new server or are there some configuration files or database tables that I need to update to ensure everything will work?

Thanks.
