Hello all,

I'm hoping someone would chip in with their ideas on this one.

I run a news content portal for a niche industry hosted on the Wordpress platform.

I have recently started printing a magazine and wanted to see if there is a good integration plugin for Wordpress.

I'm presently using amember but find it a bit primitive and also a bit difficult in terms of customizing and styling the forms.

I tried wp e-commerce plugin but i believe it's more for selling goods rather than managing subscriptions.

The functionality i'm looking for is:

User clicks on the Order your copy button, enters their email/name/address and few other custom fields.

User gets an email verification.

THE END.

The first issue of the magazine is offered free, hence there would be no payment required. But the option to send email to all trial subscribers to upgrade to paid from the 2nd issue onwards.

Also the member could have their own page where they can manage their subscription.

So... do any of you know of a wp plugin that can do this? Or if not everything, allow me at the very least to do the customization?

Thanks.

Ah well, if I had the indepth knowledge, I wouldn't be posting a request here in the first place :)

I'm one of those who can't code but good at modifying them.

Why don't you try and teach yourself.

If I had more time I'd try and help you out more but I'm that busy with my own site development at the moment I just don't have the time.

I've been slowly teaching myself and w3Schools is a great place to get started. Take a look at the links below.

Sorry I can't be of any more use. If I get the time later this week I'll try and help you out.
