Cache Version in Ask.com

It seems as if newer sites do not have a cache version in Ask.com.

Does anyone know how old a site has to be in order to have a cache version?

I'd imagine that it doesn't necessarily have to do with age as much as other things. Not sure exactly what determines it, though, but it you should be able to prevent caching with a 'noarchive' meta tag.
