| Internet conglomerate IAC/InterActiveCorp said late Wednesday that the chief executive of search engine Ask.com, Jim Lanzone, is departing and will be replaced by Jim Safka, effective immediately. IAC also said that Scott Garell, 42, will become Ask.com's president. Garell has served as head of IAC consumer applications and portals since 2005. |
