You can't submit your site to ask.com, if that is what you are asking. The only way to get in is for their spider to find you from a link from another site.

Which site the link is from doesn't matter much, as long as it's spidered and indexed by Ask. Best bet: search Ask.com for your topic, and ask those webmasters to link to your site. From the About Ask.com [sp.ask.com] pages: Q: How do I register my site/URL with Ask so that it will be indexed?
A: ... we no longer offer a paid Site Submission program. ... your site should appear in our Search index as a result of our ongoing "crawling" of the Web for new and updated sites and content...
