Found that when Baidu send referral to a website even from organic listing or paid search, the URL parameter pattern is the same, the makes the data collection on Google Analytics become inaccurate, paid traffic becomes organic traffic. It's different from what Google does. Is there anyway around to solve this issue?

You're using Baidu's PPC program?
You could send the Baidu PPC to a special URL and then track results in a funnel/goal.
