WildCard Redirect subdomain issue.

 5:10 pm on Jun 16, 2014 (gmt 0)

Hi -

i have a web server with plesk control panel where it has wild card redirect setup for all existing subdomains.

The wild card redirect to my knowledge only works for subdomains that are created through the control panel.

What i am trying to do:

is setup the wild card redirect in a manner so that it could not redirect oneof the domains but would redirect all others.

precede the relevant RewriteRule for the hostname canonicalization redirect with a RewriteCond to exclude the one subdomain.

Reading between the lines, the OP has not yet made the acquaintance of his actual .htaccess file (I assume the control panel creates one). So there may be a lot of other things that require cleanup at the same time.
