Ban IPs in Joomla CMS

im still worse. Joomla cms.
1.requirement is to ban all ip address to access my web site. eg should not access my site(i mean allowed are 155.184.1-4.x. how to disallow and what and where should i configure this ban? :-(

You can use either
deny from rules or a RewriteRule for this. The new rule should go before all the others in the htaccess file.
