Several Null requests in Apache server status

While checking the "Apache server status" in WHM, I see that there are many "Null" requests being shown. Out of the 100 requests more than 60 show up as "Null" for only 1 particular domain.

Can someone explain if this is normal or some type on attack or ping by bots? Or if the site or server is failing to send or accept requests correctly?

are those requests showing up in your server access log?
if so what status code was sent with the response?
