Yes, that's why I was surprised to find IANA listing the code and linking to the same document. I thought they were supposed to be the final word. Wonder what they changed at the end of November? (Paradoxically: When "last updated" is today's date I get suspicious, but if it's the day before yesterday I assume it's current.)
