Slow page loading when using Apache + mod jk + tomcat skm123 msg:4458596 12:00 pm on May 28, 2012 (gmt 0) Hi all, I have an application deployed on tomcat server, apache as my front end web server. I am using mod jk as connector. When I try to use the site www.abc.com, it loads very slowly. So we are accessing the app server(tomcat) which is fast. Both my Apache and Tomcat are running on same system. 8CPU, 8GB RAM, AIX5.3 httpd.conf ThreadLimit 50 ServerLimit 80 StartServers 8 MaxClients 500 MinSpareThreads 50 MaxSpareThreads 150 ThreadsPerChild 50 MaxRequestsPerChild 10000 I want to configure my Apache as web server. Dont see any errors in error_logs. CPU utilization on machine is less than 30%. One thing I have noticed is that at bottom of browser I see "waiting for abc.com.." Note: www.abc.com is an example site. Thanks in advance.
