| Redirection Trouble

Hi, hoping someone can help me with this. Google recently indexed my home page a second time, but this time with a couple of parameters tacked on -- as www.my-domain.com/?s= I'd like to redirect that back to www.my-domain.com/ I've tried many of the redirect suggestions on the forum, but nothing seems to work... I suspect I'm not coding the parameters in a way that can be understood. Any ideas? I'm on Apache, and mod_rewrite is on. Thanks!

It doesn't work because there is an error in your code. I can't tell you what that error is, because you didn't post any code.

Thanks, I didn't post any because I've tried a few different pieces of code, and none of them worked. Thought I'd start from scratch if anyone had any ideas.

Please post your best-effort code as a basis for discussion. No code, nothing to discuss, and no starting point to work from. A review of our Forum Charter may prove helpful. Plenty of examples in previous threads, too. Search WebmasterWorld for "RewriteRule clear query" if you prefer. Jim
