I need to block all incoming traffic from problem site and ban them forgood

I have a site that is harassing my members to no end. They've been waging this one way war for the last 6 months and I'm just tired of dealing with it. I want to ban everyone that thinks of coming from this domain. Any ideas?

A good place to start would be here [google.com].

For supporting information, see the documents cited in our forum charter [webmasterworld.com] and the tutorials in the Apache forum section of the WebmasterWorld library [webmasterworld.com].

You may also use mod (utilizing either; contains, begins with, exactly as or ends with):

SetEnvIfNoCase Referer name keep_out

(additional line required for "keep_out" or what ever term you choose to use.)
