i was unable to find the reason of site down or unavailable issue in my blog Never mind the blog. What did you see in your logs? AdSense has its own user-agent; make sure it wasn't blocked. Yes, it's awkward that the word 'log' is contained within the word 'blog'. roshaoar msg:4643381 9:06 pm on Feb 7, 2014 (gmt 0)
Do you have bot blocking lines in .htaccess? I removed all mine because I found it blocked all sorts of google stuff. For example the rich snippets checker lalit raghuvanshi msg:4643425 5:22 am on Feb 8, 2014 (gmt 0)

That depends on your site configuration. Are you on shared hosting? Your logs probably live in a separate directory, possibly requiring a different password from the one you use for everyday FTP. Check your host's control panel or equivalent. If your server is Apache, you have an htaccess file. At least, I hope you do. :: detour to look up site, which you're not actually supposed to name, but let's take advantage of the knowledge as long as we're here :: Oh, you're under google. 74.125.blahblah. blogger, blogspot, something like that? I have no idea what their logging-and-htaccess setup is, but I'm sure someone around here already knows.
