Are there any Analytics platforms that provide more detailed navigation flow reports? I know about Goal Flow and Visitor Flow in Google Analytics, but that's much more general than what I'm looking for. If there are third party platforms that pull data in from Google Analytics, I'd also be interested in that.

Have you tried the Navigation Summary tab within a Page report in Google Analytics? It's located above the graph of pageviews in blue text to the right of "Explorer." I find this is a very useful tool within Google Analytics. It's much easier to understand than Visitors Flow as well. Start by looking at your homepage and the Next Page Paths and Previous Page Paths.

I see. I believe the drilling down and customizable navigation is what Google tried to accomplish with Visitors Flow. When you think about all of the potential paths a visitor could take through your website it becomes a challenge to try and visualize this or report on it.
Is there a specific question you are trying to answer from the navigation or just gain a better understanding of the navigation on a site?
