| Strange Keyword Readings in GA

Hey Guys,
I have a GA Account with two profiles, each tracking a specific subdomain. Call them WWW and XYZ.
I have filters in place which seem to be working to separate the subdomain tracking, I see no landing pages from either domain crossing over.
However what I do see is branded Keywords that should be going to WWW, appearing in the reports for XYZ.
These are organic branded searches, and XYZ appears nowhere in the SERPs for those terms.
Any idea why this would happen?
