| Goal tracking question (Subdomain)

Hi,
On my product website, I consider a download as the goal. So anyone proceeding to the download page is a conversion. The problem is that my download page is on a subdomain (ex: download.domain.com/thankyou.html) so whenever there is a download they are jumping out of the loop. On Anlalytics, I have set the initiate download page as the final destination page. I wish I could also track this subdomain within the goal.
Reason why I'm using the subdomain is that its plugged with a salesforce like CRM that gathers a lot of data about the user.
Any pointers on this wold be appreciated.
