Using the method described in the linked post, you can now use the "not provided" keyword to easily get aggregate information on the distribution of clicks on the results page... e.g: (Rank: 1)50% (Rank: 2)20% (Rank: 3)12% (Rank: 4)9% (Rank: 5)5% (Rank: 6)5%
