We have a huge thread, newest of several, about AmazonAWS and it's a real eye-opener.

You'll probably block the Amazon AWS IPs after reading much of that thread because nothing really good ever comes from there.

most of the regulars in the Search Engine Spider Identification forum will certainly be blocking the AWS IP's
they are one of many large sources of pests!
as far as i can, i try to not waste processing power on them.
