Link to a site. Googlebot can follow, google analytics won't show

I'm building a site for a client and he will be linking numerous related pages from a few dfferent domains that are owned by the same guy. My client wants Google to index the links normally but he does not want to see these sites in google analytics as it messes up his data. (30 out of 50 links all from these domains.)

Is there any way to hide the links from google analytics and other stats software like awstats?

First create a base profile for the website.

Next add a profile for an existing domain - the same domain used in step 1.

Create this filter for each domain you want to exclude:
Traffic from the domains
that are equal to
Apply the filter to the profile you created in step 2.

Now you have total unfiltered analytics in profile #1 and domain exclusion analytics in profile #2.

But I do not have access to my client's analytics. Is there anyway for me to code on the websites so that google analytics cannot trace them but it will not effect google SERPs?
