| How to set up Google Analytics to separate internal & external visitors?

Hi all,
We have a client who wishes to seperate out the Analytics from Google into two fields.
.those who browse the website from inside the company/school
.those who browse the website externally (clients/parents)
I know normally the business would hide the IP adddress so any visits to the website would not be counted, but this client wants them to be counted but seperated out from external visitors.
Can this be achieved and how if anyone knows.
