I can't seem to find anything about what this channel means in my referrer log. Possibly related to adsense?
A visit to my site from a Google link similar to google.com/search?q=keyword1 keyword2 keyword3&channel=linkdoctor has got me curious and I can't find anything in seaching for it and it doesn't seem to be from a custom search either. Anyone have an idea?
Yes the keywords were 100% relevant. A general Google search has the same number of results and my domain has the same 2 positions in either search. Maybe it is personal search.
I originally mistakenly thought that this "channel" had less results than a general google search like it was a select group of domains or themed sites... that's what had me the most curious.
Apologies for bumping up an old thread, but did anyone find out anything about this? I found a &channel=linkdoctor in my stats like this, google.co.uk/search?q=KEYWORD&channel=linkdoctor
