Google Analytics Site Overlay broken Google Analytics Site Overlay broken - Google Support confirms. mkelly7777 msg:3843374 10:51 pm on Feb 5, 2009 (gmt 0) For several of my Google Analytics accounts, I try to access Site Overlay and it goes to the Web page and a "milky white overlay" goes over the page and it hangs. No site overlay data ever is presented on the page.
I contacted Google Support and they confirmed this is a problem some people are having and that they are working on it.
They said for some people clearing browser cache and cookies solved the problem (not for me).

Yeah, I stopped using site overlay a long time ago. It kept crashing FireFox. Real good crashes too. Essex_boy msg:3844712 9:43 pm on Feb 7, 2009 (gmt 0)

If you are using firefox, I found that I had to enable third party cookies. Go to Tools > Options > Privacy. AnkitMaheshwari msg:3871335 12:39 pm on Mar 16, 2009 (gmt 0)
It works fine on IE, I guess as have not faced any issues except that its a bit too slow.
