|Webtrends not accepting pages with 2 parameters|
How to get webtrends 8 to show pages with different parameters
I have a site where Webtrends Analytics 8 has problems in realising what a page is.
The site has pages like
CatNodeID is the category number
pageID is showing which template is used.
Webtrends has problems in realising what a page actually is because of that.
Do I need a pre-processing or is it possible to get Webtrends to know what a page is otherwhise?
All you have to do is tell WebTrends to display parameters (as opposed to suppressing them in reports and only showing the file.aspx part).
Go to Page File Types and find the line for aspx, then make sure parameter truncation is OFF.
You can do this per-profile or globally. The global setting is under Options >> Analysis.
WebTrends is set to suppress as its default, because a lot of people don't want to see the parameters.
