Google Analytics and PHP pages
Tracking Vbulletin and a CMS

I tried to install Google Analytics on my main site four days ago. I have only tracked one other site with it so far (a blog on blogspot), so maybe I'm doing something wrong here.

I listed the site, grabbed the piece of code it generated and placed it at the bottom of my Vbulletin template as well as the template I'm using for my CMS (custom made CMS, PHP based with rewrites to html).

For the first two days I had a message showing that Analytics was "retreiving data". I figured maybe it needs 24 hours or a bit more to start offering some stats. Now, I get the "Receiving Data" message with the green check next to it. However, my stats show zero visitors and zero on anything else.

Any idea what's going on? Should I be tracking the pages differently, using the dynamic PHP method they offer? Why is GA working fine for blogspot then (also dynamic pages)?

Update - it took it a few days but it was working fine in the end.
