I have added a filter for my organization's IP address (using the backslash escapes, etc), but it hasn't had any effect on the stats for the last week. (I'm trying to filter out some visits/orders placed from within our organization that are skewing my stats)
Documentation is scant and a couple of things are unclear to me: 1) Do filters affect data already recorded (i.e. retroactively filter out all data), or just change what gets recorded subsequent to adding the filter? 2) After adding a filter is there any delay for it to take effect?
